I think it could be a Panther Cap, it could be a shaggy parasol, in
woods they grow with a rounded top, in fields with a flat cap. Most
likely, I think, is Agaricus Augustus (The Prince). I have lots of
different types of mushrooms growing in the fields and woods here and
I am slowly trying to learn more about them. If it is a Panther Cap,
beware it is toxic although I think not mortal. I am cooking
Paupiette de Veau for supper and I have just brought home enough field
mushrooms to complete the dish (spotted by my dog).

And have you continued observing them for a few days? If so, can you say
if that is the fully mature complete speciment, or whether they are
still expanding. It can be difficult identifying immature mushrooms, and
I wouldn't want to encourage to you pick it until mature. But if they
are fully mature then it helps to have a vertical section to know what
is going on inside.
My first instinct is that they are immature parasol mushrooms at a
rather early stage of expansion (see this Serbian picture of one at a
similar stage of expansion '????????:Macrolepiota procera (1).jpg ?
??????????' (http://tinyurl.com/7ozgznm ).) I think I'm right, and woul
dbe much more sure if I was present in person, but I'll be a lot more
sure when they continue expanding into the standard parasol form.
