X-No-Archive:Yes
I have a two year old vine. Last year it produced a small bunch of
grapes. I pruned as advised by the owner of the vineyard where I
bought it, near Carcassone. It has grown beautifully but there is not
one grape on it. My neighbours' vines are groaning under the weight
of theirs, what could be wrong?

You have done nothing wrong Judith.
I was always taught that a vine wouldnt fruit till it was around 3
years old, what you had last year was from the mature wood used for
the cuttings,
I have around 20 planted here and the first 10 now have grapes, 3 had
a couple of bunches last year when they were 3 years old, I expect to
find more vines with fruit next year but I exoect it to be another
couple of years before they all have grapes on them.
