In today's paper I read about a spray for cleaning fruit & veg before
preparation or eating raw. It's 100% natural, vegan, kosher and a
spray of Fit in a 350ml bottle will cost you a mere £68.65!! In USA, I
believe it's about $35.
Ingredients
Purified Water, Oleic Acid & Glycerol (Both From Vegetable Sources),
Ethyl Alcohol (From Corn), Potassium Hydrate (From Basic Minerals),
Baking Soda (From Basic Minerals), Citric Acid (From Cornstarch &
Molasses), and Distilled Grapefruit Oil.

Blimey! Based on the ingredients, the price mark up on that is
unbelievable! I wonder if anyone is daft enough to buy it? Perhaps the
high price itself would be enough to make some people think it must be
wonderful? LOL

Fit
Fruit & Vegetable Wash, Produce Wash
32 oz
$9.99
So if you want 6 bottles it would be cheaper to fly to the US and buy
it.

As it's been sold in America and is now being brought over here, there
must be people buying it! I've said on ukfd that I thought potassium
permanganate did the cleaning job but perhaps doesn't get through wax.
Do Americans wax *all* their fruit and veg that heavily? All I ever
see described was 'waxed' over here is lemons so perhaps we don't do
that to most of our fruit and veg.

It could be desperate US marketing looking for idiots over this side
of the Atlantic.
