Blackbirds are looking distinctly flirty in the ash tree opposite my
window! It's a brilliant blue sky and lovely, bright sunshine. Gorgeous!

Blue skies and lots of sun here too. The only birds here are magpies and
pigeons. No thrushes or blackbirds. The forecast is good so perhaps we will
see (or hear) them soon. I have seen squirrels so that could be the reason.

Yesterday I noticed a couple of unusually fat (for the time of year)
female sparrows so maybe ....

They probably still had their thermals and wet weather gear on.
