I wonder if someone could please tell me what this shrub is?

I've seen it growing wild in a few places and was wondering what it is.

aka "pheasantberry" because pheasants go mad for it. I've seen them
under my plants, jumping up to pick the berries. ISTR it was introduced
here as  cover and forage for game birds.

   Althought it's "just a weed" it's a very handsome one, I think.
