Hello all
I have a healthy crop of about ten savoy cabbages
(the ones with the wrinkly leaves)
and I'd like to freeze them
before they grow too big and woody.
How should I best go about this
- leave whole - shred - parboil ?
Best regards and thanks in advance from Ray
