Hi, I have some photos of plants I would like ID on. What format is best for
to supply to newsgroup. I use snapfish but cant see option to link
pics etc. Others use photobucket but would appreciate advice
Probably 15 pics total.
Mike in Northumberland.

Tinypic? http://www.tinypic.com/ but I've not used it recently, and
IIRC you need to quote the link they give for each picture, rather
than a single link to a series of pics, which may be no different to
snapfish.

Photobucket seems pretty good. You can link to an album of pictures.

Each to their own, I use Ovi as it allows a link to a whole album and seems
easier to search rummage around in.
I set up an URG album ages ago so that anyone on the newsgroup could post
pictures without having to register. It got used a few time but not lately.
It is still there. http://share.ovi.com/album/Muddymike.URGpictures
Just email a picture to Muddymike+URGpictures+polly@share.ovi.com by
attaching it to an email, no text required, but put a description in the
subject line and it will appear with your picture then post the link
http://share.ovi.com/album/Muddymike.URGpictures to the newsgroup.
