People might remember me postiing here trying to find another Pinus
Montezumae as ours is getting on a bit in years. To my delight, we
called in at Panglobal Plants when we were doing our gardens tour and
right in front of my eyes was a little group of them. They're only
about 18" tall but ours is now here, planted and getting its feet down.
These really are 'hard to find' plants, so it's a triumph to have
discovered them.

LOL!! I'd never considered that possibility, David. What a cheerful
thought! More rain here today, though bizarrely, to the onlooker at
least, Ray has the sprinkler on the bed towards the bottom of the big
lawn. It's partly shaded by the big old cedar tree and the ground is
very dry there, what with roots and all. I just spoke to someone in
Jersey who says it is raining there and 'freezing'. I think their idea
of 'freezing' is probably a bit different to most people's! But it is
cold here and I even mentioned the word 'fire' to Ray the other evening
who looked as if I'd hit him with a log instead of merely talking about
them! My widget tells me it's 14C here today. Lovely. ;-(
