Anyone experienced it? It's been grey and gloomy here, except for one
brief glimmer. I believe that about 5 miles or so away atcf, it's been
brilliant. Dammit!

There's gorgeous blue sky here in Maidenhead, Berkshire at the moment.
It wasn't exactly hot when I went out at lunchtime, but it was overcast
then.

Sunshine all day in Yorkshire. Didn't measure the temperature, but warm.
I've been working in the shade in a T-shirt, and we lunched in the
garden. I've come in because of exhaustion - it's still lovely and warm
out there, even though the sun has set (or at least, disappeared behind
the local horizon), and we will no doubt go back outside for tea.

Very warm here too. I struggled to get 4 Phormiums out of someone's
flower bed yesterday and was done for after about 5 hours! Glad to see
back of them, owner wants them out whilst husband not there as he quite
likes them :)
Two were incredibly heavy and could only just drag them across patio.
Roots aren't too deep but there were a lot of them which stooped the
shrub from coming out easily. Trying not to harm surrounding stuff as
well was difficult!

Was overcast early on. Sun appeared about eleven. Pleasant but not hot.
