Put a bucket over it and harvest it soon. End of Feb most likely. One of
the few delights we can get during winter, at least for our family.

Not going to this year, as we have just split 1 of the big plants into 6
smaller ones, so won't be harvesting them this year, and not going to do
anything that risks the other plant if it's the only one we can eat from.
Maybe next year on one of the new ones, whilst we split the other old one.
