Steve: You are very, very touchy. There was no insult implied or stated.
By me. You, as is your norm, spew insults by habit.

Steve: as you are learning this you are seeing the "task" in a very narrow
sense. As you become more experienced you will start to see the bigger
picture... you will see the "task" as being more than just uploading but the
*reason* for uploading, what you plan to do with the data, who will need to
edit things, how the data will be presented, etc. For example, if you just
need someone to be able to add media to some front end, then it might work
fine to have an uploader and a simple web-app front end where they can alter
an HTML table or XML file with a relatively friendly front end. No need for
an SQL database of any sort nor any even moderately complex programming. Or
maybe you have greater needs... but at this point in your learning that
clearly is overwhelming to you.

(snip Snit's rant where he pretends I didn't already talk about the
stuff he's trying to "teach" me... on a topic he knows next to nothing
about, as also proven by the crap I'm snipping).

And all you can do is snip and spew your BS, below. It is not like you are
hiding the fact you know I am right.
Come on, Steve, there is no shame in learning. It is good you are learning
and it is good you are asking questions. Nobody is putting you down for
this. Relax a little and let go of your obvious anger.

Who shouldn't snip your BS? I think everyone should every time they
see it. You'd soon tire of posting it and you'd eventually be a better
person for it. You should look upon my snipping as a "way" to help you
mature to the point where you no longer feel the need to write drivel
that deserves to be snipped.
> Come on, Steve, there is no shame in learning.
Why are you talking about "shame in learning"? As you claim to be a
"teacher" maybe you are just projecting here and you feel a sense of
shame about your inability to "teach".
