Japanese knotweed, also known as Fallopia Japonica, is a non-native
invasive plant introduced to the UK by the Victorians in the
mid-nineteenth century. The Victorians used Japanese knotweed as an
ornamental garden plant, which is now seen as an invasive alien
species.

Japanese knotweed is now one of the most invasive weeds in the UK,
causing major time and cost implications for property owners and
developers. The plants extensive rhizome network (strong underground
root system) and the strong bamboo like stems, take advantage of tiny
cracks; damaging foundations, pathways, drainage systems and riverbank
flood defences.

At TP Knotweed Solutions we are dedicated to providing our clients with
a professional and cost effective solution for Japanese knotweed
eradication, among some other invasive plants and weeds.

We specialise exclusively in the control and eradication of Japanese
