polytunnel

 I am new to this what can I grow at this time of year with seeds

 I have never used one, but If your weather gets cold enough to freeze the
ground, even a polytunnel wont keep your plants alive all winter.  They are
used here in my area, in the spring mostly, to get the plants up while
protecting them from late frost.

Sorry about the delay, been away.

Well in N. Cornwall not much I should think as it's rather wild and wooly
this time of year but tucked away from the wind in S.Cornwall you should be
able to plants some hardy seeds this time of year but the problem comes when
you want to plant then out. Even there you may get a frost.
Not much in the way of outdoor flowers but perhaps some summer cabbages?
Might be good to ask a local nurseryman or even knowledgeable local GC staff
if you can find such as parts of Cornwall are such microclimates that some
plants grow there and nowhere else in the UK. Think of some of the famous
gardens tucked away in the S. facing valleys.

Personally I would wait until the spring anyway.
