what organisation would i get for work to do in my garden

i need a small patio built/layer and a new garden relaying, i don't want the
local builder or is a jack of all trades, but i need the right person to do
the right job

The local small builder is the right person for laying a patio, and you need
a gardener to lay a lawn properly with lots of preparation needed in the way
of sand etc incorporated to aid drainage. You could employ a garden designer
to design your garden and they would recommend tradesmen.
