This year for the first and last time we placed an order with Marshalls.
We are still awaiting delivery of tomato and other greenhouse plants. They
don't respond promptly to emails, and all their customer advisors are always
'busy' whenever I ring.
Are we alone in this?

Well we have used them for year and never had cause for complaint but then
we haven't ever ordered plants just seeds.
