North West India and has recently been discovreed as the world's hottest
chiili but I can't seem to be able to find the seeds for sale anywhere. Does
anyone have any ideas - Thanks

Sorry, can't help with these seeds although I trust you have checked on
Chiltern Seeds

Mostly it's the way they are grown that determines hotness in chillies, keep
them too dry especially in the final few weeks before picking and they will
be mild no matter what the variety.
I've grown Thai Dragon (9 on heat scale of 10) outside in the soil with
plenty of available water and they are hot, a neighbour grew some of my
plants in his greenhouse and the fruit had no heat at all, he didn't provide
enough water.
