Please turn off MIME stuff when posting to these text groups.
MIME's clutter just annoys readers and wastes bandwidth, even though
you might not be seeing it yourself.

Don't know about limits, but JPEGS over 250KB are a waste of bytes
for this sort of thing.

Here is another link I've saved where you don't need to register.
Then post the URL it gives your pic in the article when you write
