Compact Frangipani, is there such a thing!? (what dimensions are your idea
of a compact frangi?)

Hi
I would say 6' - 183 cm high & a nice width to that, I find Frangipanis can
get straggly & I like to see them nice.
What a crappy explanation.
cheers

No, only do it once a year. In the middle of winter is best. If you feed it
lightly in spring and don't let it die of thirst in summer there is no
reason why you cannot keep it compact and fairly bushy for years. The trunk
will thicken with age but if you keep lots of new growth coming it should
still look nice. They are pretty tough plants unless it is too cold when
they will not thrive.
