Bloody Rain!!!

 Checked the forecast, looked fine, so I sprayed the azaleas today.

2 hours later a storm hit.

Grrrr.  Bloody weather bureau.

 You remember the kid that used to tell lies at school?
He's now working at the weather bureau.

and it rained. Third time was the charm ignored the rain and rolled the
