Hi

I planted 12 rose (Rosa L.) (Rosa L.) bushes next to the house and this is their 2nd
flowering season. Last year they flowered profusely in the spring then they
were poor flowering through the rest of the year, the same has happened this
year so my question is, is this normal?

Some Roses do that, indeed some have one big flowering and that's it. You
need to ask a Rose Expert about your specific varieties.
